Where can I trade perpetuals on stocks, commodities and indices?
Verdict
- Pepperstone, our pick, is the one broker in our data offering perpetual CFDs across all three: indices (NAS100, SP500), commodities (gold, WTI, Brent) and single stocks such as Nvidia, Tesla and Alphabet.
- Singapore residents are served from the Bahamas, where the retail margin table lists the index and commodity perpetuals but none of the single-stock ones.
- Pepperstone Markets Limited is licensed by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SIA-F217); Pepperstone holds no MAS licence.
- XS and the MAS-licensed brokers in our data publish no perpetual CFDs, and Capital.com does not take Singapore residents.
Perpetuals on crypto are everywhere; perpetuals on gold, oil, the Nasdaq and individual stocks are rare. Here is the asset-by-asset picture at Pepperstone and what is confirmed for a Singapore retail account.
Pepperstone's three asset classes
Pepperstone launched perpetual CFDs in 2026 as one product across asset classes. Every perpetual has no expiry, trades 24/7, pays funding set weekly and applied daily, and runs on TradingView, MT5, cTrader and the Pepperstone app. You hold them in the same account as FX and ordinary CFDs, funded from $10.

Asset by asset: what Singapore can trade
| Asset class | Group-wide list | On the Bahamas retail table |
|---|---|---|
| Indices | NAS100, SP500 | NAS100-PERP, US500-PERP |
| Commodities | Gold, WTI, Brent | GOLD-PERP, WTOIL-PERP, BRENTOIL-PERP |
| Stocks | AMD, DRAM, MSTR, GOOG, NVDA, SNDK, TSLA, SpaceX, SK Hynix, Samsung, CXMT, Unitree | None listed |
Why perpetuals suit commodities in particular
Oil is where the lack of expiry is most useful. With a dated contract you have to switch months as each one expires, and the price can jump between them. A WTI or Brent perpetual removes that switch: one position, held as long as you like, with a daily funding charge instead. Gold works the same way and trades through the weekend, when the spot market is shut and news still lands.
Costs by asset class
- Index and oil perpetuals: 0.015% commission per side on Pepperstone's Australian schedule.
- Gold perpetual: 0.03% per side on the same schedule.
- Single-stock perpetuals: 0.015% per side, except MSTR at 0.03%.
- All: spread, plus funding once a day at 5 pm New York time.

Can I trade a gold perpetual at the weekend?
Yes. Pepperstone's perpetuals trade 24/7, and GOLD-PERP is on the Bahamas retail table that covers Singapore clients.
Are there perpetuals on Singapore or Hong Kong stocks?
No. The Asian names on Pepperstone's list are Korean (SK Hynix, Samsung) and Chinese (CXMT, Unitree).
Can I trade single-stock perpetuals from Singapore?
Not confirmed. They are on Pepperstone's group list but not on the Bahamas retail table, and in the UK they are for professional clients only.
Perpetual CFDs on any asset are leveraged and can move against you around the clock. Pepperstone's international site states that 80% of retail investor accounts lose money with this provider. This is not investment advice.
