Which brokers offer the most currency pairs?
Verdict
- Pepperstone is our pick for range: its account tables list 93 forex CFDs (data sourced in March 2025), and its markets page describes 90+ pairs.
- Few brokers in our data publish a pair count, so we cannot rank Capital.com, XS or others by number; check each broker's instrument list directly.
- Leverage differs by pair type at Pepperstone's UAE site: 1:200 on majors and minors, but 1:10 on non-deliverable forwards (NDFs).
- A long list helps only if the pairs you trade are priced well; Pepperstone publishes averages for EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY.
If you trade exotic or regional currencies, the size of a broker's FX list matters. Pepperstone publishes its count, 93 forex CFDs, and prices its majors tightly, which is why it is our pick. Most competitors in our data do not publish a comparable figure, so this page explains what Pepperstone offers and how to judge others.
Pepperstone's currency range
Pepperstone's account tables, using data it sourced on 12 March 2025, list 93 forex CFDs; its markets page rounds that to more than 90 pairs. On top of single pairs, its UAE leverage table includes currency-index CFDs and non-deliverable forwards, so the range covers more than majors and crosses. You can trade the full list on MT5, cTrader or the Pepperstone app with either account, and on MT4 and TradingView with Razor.

How Pepperstone treats different types of currency product
The NDF tier is the one to notice: those contracts need twenty times the margin of a major pair at the same size.
| Product | Retail leverage | Pro leverage | Margin on $10,000 (retail) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Major pairs | 1:200 | 1:500 | $50 |
| Minor pairs | 1:200 | 1:500 | $50 |
| Currency-index CFDs | 1:200 | 1:100 | $50 |
| Non-deliverable forwards (NDFs) | 1:10 | 1:10 | $1,000 |
Published spreads on the main pairs
- EUR/USD: 0.1 pips on Razor, 1.1 on Standard (averages).
- GBP/USD: 0.2 pips on Razor, 1.2 on Standard (averages).
- USD/JPY: 0.3 pips on Razor, 1.3 on Standard (averages).
- Razor adds $3.50 per side on MT5 and TradingView, or $3.00 on cTrader; Standard has no commission, its cost being a 1-point mark-up inside the spread.
Comparing pair counts at other brokers
Capital.com and XS, our second and third picks for UAE traders, do not publish a forex pair count in our data, and neither do most other brokers we track. Rather than trust a headline number, download each broker's instrument list, check that the specific pairs you trade are there, and compare their live spreads at your trading hours. A list of 90 pairs is no advantage if the one exotic you need is quoted at a wide spread, and swap on exotic pairs can be large if you hold them: Pepperstone does not offer UAE residents a swap-free account, while Capital.com and XS do.

Does Pepperstone offer 93 or 90+ currency pairs?
Both figures come from Pepperstone: its account tables count 93 forex CFDs (March 2025 data) and its markets page says 90+. Check the live list in the platform.
Do more currency pairs mean a better broker?
Not by itself. Pricing, execution and swap on the pairs you actually trade matter more than the total number.
What is an NDF and why is its leverage lower?
A non-deliverable forward is a contract on a currency that is not freely exchanged. Pepperstone caps it at 1:10 for both retail and Pro clients in the UAE.
Trading CFDs on margin is high risk: leverage can wipe out your deposit quickly, and most traders should consider whether they can afford that loss. Nothing here is investment advice. Broker terms, spreads and fees change, so confirm them with the broker before you trade.
